How to Use:

• Sterilise by boiling for 3–5 minutes.
• Place the flange over your nipple, ensuring it’s centred comfortably.
• Apply suction by gently squeezing the base.
• Once milk begins to flow, relax and let the pump do the work.
• When full, empty into a storage bottle and reposition if needed.
• Use the suction base to secure your pump when finished.

Tips:

Use a warm flannel and gentle breast massage to encourage letdown. Attach your Haakaa pump to the opposite breast while feeding to catch letdown milk.

Cleaning & Care:

Clean and sterilise after each use (steam steriliser or boiling water recommended). Avoid bleach-based cleaners, UV sterilisers, and harsh brushes. Replace if damaged. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
